March 7, 2023

The City of Cambridge passed the Emissions Accounting Zoning Petition during the March 6 City Council meeting, as amended by Councilor Azeem exempting residential buildings and buildings smaller than 50,000 square feet.

December 6, 2022

The ordinance committee voted to forward the amendment favorably to the full City Council (5 yes, 2 no, 1 present, 1 absent), but will not vote on the amendment until Cambridge Development Department (CDD) provides information on capacity, costs, and delays, and provides the text.
