Former Baltimore prosecutor, Assistant Attorney General for the State of Maryland, and trial attorney Debbie Hines will discuss her new book from The MIT Press, Get Off My Neck: Black Lives, White Justice, and a Former Prosecutor’s Quest for Reform.
Hines will be in conversation with Professor Daniel Hastings, Cecil and Ida Green Professor in Education in the Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics and the interim Institute Community and Equity Officer, as well as the interim Vice Provost for Faculty.
