Classes may include kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, medicine balls, agility ladders, etc. Modifications are provided for all levels of fitness.
This class is FREE and designed for all levels. Bringing your own yoga mat or towel for exercises performed on the floor is advised.
Our schedule is packed with new classes as well as old favorites that are designed for all levels of experience. All you need to bring is yourself, a yoga mat, and water.
