During the three days (over the course of three weeks) of intensive training, you will (re)learn the basics of DEI and define your role and responsibility as a leader in building an organization with a diverse workforce, equitable processes, and inclusive culture. For a fee of $1,000, each company may send up to two representatives to attend the full training program. The fee is waived for LabCentral resident and alumni companies.
