Registration recommended! You’ll be the first to learn of event details or if the location or date changes due to inclement weather.
Participants will be encouraged to focus on breath and movement to release physical, mental, and emotional tension. Practice will end with a mini sound bath during Savasana.
Please wear comfortable clothing for movement and bring a yoga mat and a water bottle (there is a water fill station in Welcome Center).
Please arrive a few minutes early to fill out a waiver.
