The Council voted to forward the amendment favorably to the full City Council (5 yes, 2 no, 1 present, 1 absent), but will not vote on the amendment until Cambridge Development Department (CDD) provides information on capacity, costs, and delays, and provides the text.  The hearing can be viewed here. The amendment will be taken up again in January or February, and is expected to pass before March 6th, after which regulations will be developed, with input.
