KENDALL SQUARE CHALLENGE
Team-building. Connecting. Giving back.
45 teams of 400+ Kendall professionals came together to reconnect with each other, Kendall Square, and the community to raise $60,000 for five local nonprofits at our Kendall Square Challenge. Check out the video from this year here.
ANNUAL MEETING CELEBRATION
Celebrating. Learning. Inspiring.
We gathered, in person, with 200+ members to celebrate our community’s success and look forward to new and emerging technologies which will lead to a more sustainable future for all of us. Read more about this event here.
INCLUSION DRIVES INNOVATION
Growing. Sharing. Becoming better.
380+ employees from 48+ organizations have convened through our Inclusion Drives Innovation program to share resources and best practices to support each other in building antiracist policies and diversifying their ranks.
WORK NOW TASK FORCE
Building. Connecting. Sharing.
140+ senior leaders from 45+ organizations participated in real-time peer learning and exchange with our Work Now Task Force to address new challenges in talent retention, building effective hybrid teams, and championing Kendall vibrancy.
TRANSPORTATION WORKING GROUP
Advocating. Improving. Making Change.
45+ senior leaders from 20+ organizations reconnected this year to explore the current transportation landscape for Kendall commuters and partner on statewide solutions, including the MBTA’s Pay Per Use Program.
And, we welcomed a new Executive Director, Beth O’Neill Maloney.
