BELONGING IN KENDALL CONVERSATIONS: This series of conversations gathers the Kendall community to raise awareness and stimulate discussion on belonging, and what it means in Kendall Square and the greater Boston community. Open to all KSA members, free of charge.
COMMUNITY OF PRACTICE: Launched in 2024, this series of quarterly meetings for KSA’s leaders provides opportunities to connect, share best practices, and address common challenges around belonging. This series is free of charge.
SENIOR LEADERS EQUITY GROUP: We continue to offer senior leaders in Kendall the opportunity to gather in small, facilitated groups to focus on equity and belonging.
5-WEEK COURSE: We offer a 5-week foundational course focused on belonging. The fee per participant is $1,500, and sponsorships are welcome. There are discounts available for organizations that register 6 or more participants, and additional discounts and recognition are available for sponsoring organizations and those who register 8 – 15 or more participants. Please note that seating is limited. Scheduled for February – March 2025.
