Breath of Fresh Air – Free virtual fitness & wellness classes

Join us for a virtual version of this year’s Breath of Fresh Air program! Registration is free and open to the public.

Although we won’t be gathering in person this year, we still wanted to connect you with some amazing instructors who are finding creative ways to share fitness and wellness resources online.
