Dance for Connection Workshop

The Dance for Connection workshop will explore physical connection and kinesthetic empathy through creative dance and movement.

No prior dance experience required, just willingness to move! Wear something comfortable. Mask required for in-person attendance.

What to expect:

• trauma-informed dance/movement exploration

• mindfulness practice, physical connection, art-making

• dance party at the end

This workshop is a part of the Dance Complex’s Reflection, Healing, and Movement series. No client/therapist or client/coach relationship is formed by attending the workshop.
