Join InnerCity Weightlifting (ICW) a fun, full body strength circuit that’s fit for everyone from fitness beginners to seasoned athletes.

About this event

InnerCity Weightlifting (ICW) uses the gym to replace segregation, isolation, and systemic racism with social inclusion and economic mobility, disrupting the cycle that leads to urban street violence.

This class is offered virtually. You will receive a Zoom link through Eventbrite 2 hours before class begins.
