At Science Club for Girls, we’re committed to empowering the next generation of scientists, engineers, and leaders. We work every day to ensure girls and gender-expansive youth from historically underrepresented communities have the opportunities they deserve. This event will spotlight the change-makers who are making a real impact and showcase the power of mentorship and hands-on education. We will be honoring Dr. Dorothy J. Phillips, the 2025 President of the American Chemical Society (ACS), a trailblazer in chemistry and a champion for diversity in STEM; and Dr. Christine Santos, Chief Technology Officer of Manus, a leader in industrial biotechnology, driving the development of sustainable bio-based alternatives to replace traditional plant-, animal-, and fossil fuel-derived molecules.
