We are now into month two since reopening, serving traditional breakfast, lunch, and an expanded dinner menu. We are still working to build a strategy for reaching out to Cambridge residents to let them know we exist and are here to serve them three meals a day. I’m a cook, not a marketing and advertising professional, and that’s hurting me at this point. Just because I make the best lasagna, doesn’t mean you’ll know that unless I find a way to tell you. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ➖ Tell us about the new menu. We’ve developed some new signature meals, like our “Kendall Square meal,” a square meal that’s good for you. It borrows some of my family’s signature Armenian recipes using proteins like salmon or chicken for a modern take on a balanced lunch or dinner– with a free side of baba ganoush. We also added “Full Moon Quesadillas” to our menu and adapted our lunch entrees to family-style dinners. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ➖ How can the Kendall community best support you right now? For me what would be helpful would be to see the reemergence of catered orders for breakfast and lunch. We’re also open on the weekends now and hope folks will stop by for breakfast or dinner. #kendallcollective A post shared by Kendall Square Association (@ksq_association) on Aug 25, 2020 at 12:32pm PDT
