• 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt


Lay 2 cups of mini marshmallows on a baking sheet, evenly torching each marshmallow. (Do not be afraid to give some a bit of an extra toast for flavoring. While marshmallows cool, combine sugar and water in pot and softly boil mixture. Once boiling, reduce the heat and add toasted marshmallows. Stir the mixture until it is smooth, and all marshmallows are melted. IMPORTANT: let mixture cool to room temperature so the marshmallow fluff & simple syrup separate. Strain the mixture to remove marshmallow fluff. Add salt + vanilla extract to syrup, stir.
