We are headed into our nation’s most logistically challenging election season, but here in Kendall, we’re working together to get out the vote.

We want to provide you with all of the resources you may need to exercise your right to vote. Here is a list of helpful resources:

Kendall is full of changemakers, so it comes as no surprise that many employers are running their own Get Out the Vote initiatives.

  • The Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard have created two meeting free days on Monday, October 19, to give Broadies time to research and mail in their ballots; and Election Day, Tuesday, November 3, to allow time to head to the polls (or even volunteer as poll workers).
  • Ipsen and Bristol Myers Squibb employees also will have a meeting free Election Day to ensure employees exercise their right to vote.
  • Moderna is making Election Day a holiday for their employees to give them the time to vote.
  • MIT is providing up to two hours of paid time off for employees to vote in the upcoming election.

Commit to voting. Commit to helping others vote. Your voice matters here, now more than ever. This is a critical time for our nation as we confront a global pandemic, economic recovery, systemic racism, and pervasive inequality across our society. It is essential we do all we can to ensure a future reflective of our diverse and resilient ecosystem – and that starts with your vote.
