After Dark: Color

Once a month, the MIT Museum opens its doors in the evening. After Dark is an adults-only, after-hours event that takes place in the museum on the second Thursday of every month. Each event is themed, and full of science and surprises.

Start August off with a splash (of color). Investigate the dazzling effects of structural color in animals and plants, check out polarized light mosaics, and make your own stained-glass window (minus the glass) to take home!
