Business Dialogues: Child Care as the Backbone of the New Economy

The Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) is working in partnership with Commonwealth Corporation and the Massachusetts Business Coalition for Early Childhood Education (#MassBiz4EarlyEd) to host a series of Business Dialogues to better understand what innovative models in child care can meet new needs in the future of work.  (EEC) licenses public and private child care programs in the Commonwealth.

Engagement with businesses within the Commonwealth has revealed that child care is a leading concern for their employees who are parents – especially as companies adopt new policies and adapt approaches for their workforce.

Targeted participants are business leaders and administrators – with a particular focus on those who set company policies and oversee talent/Human Resources.
