CIC Office Yoga: Hips & Lower Back
If you’re sitting for the majority of the day, this series is for you. This class will help offer some relief for the outer hips and lower back, in addition to opening the front of the hips which get tight from long hours at the desk. Walk away feeling like you’re floating on clouds!
All you need for class is a desk and chair. No change of clothes or prior experience necessary.
This class is part of a four-part series. However, the classes are designed so you can join in at any point. Attend just one session or attend them all.
