The most exciting thing about Inclusion Drives Innovation is the balance this program brings by combining academic learning (through readings and lectures) with cohort experience. I have found it is critical to learn in the context of relationships–the way that peers can support one another and push each other to their learning edges. Inclusion Drives Innovation’s balanced approach toward training participants real-time will help our community push to the next level and take the next steps in creating an inclusive and socially just workplace. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ➖ How will leaders and managers benefit from this program? The benefit for leaders and HR professionals is included in the title of this program–inclusion will drive innovation. We have a moral imperative to contribute positively to social and racial justice in this country and world. The impact of this program and work goes beyond relationships with colleagues to employee relationships with their company. Ideally, everyone feels empowered to bring their full self to work every day. #kendallcollective A post shared by Kendall Square Association (@ksq_association) on Aug 27, 2020 at 11:39am PDT
